Multiple leaks in a customer's main line from meter to her house. Many roots from near by bushes had punctured her pipe. Instead of fixing each leak, we decided to re-route and get it away from the bushes... also put a protective sleeving (that track home builders don't use) to prevent any punctures in the future. New residents to AZ from Washington... and we'll, as most know, the water here in AZ is not the best. So they asked for me to put in a filter system to help purify the water to the whole house. Slab leaks happen. And as your house is reaching the 20 yrs mark, underground lines tend to be brittle and worn thin. Exterminating company found a leak when treating for termites. Was able to save their kitchen and take care of the repairs from the outside. No matter the job, it will be taken care of

Termites can be a real problem. Exterminators take care of that problem by drilling into stem walls and they do their thing. Unfortunately, sometimes there are buried water lines under the concrete. Was able to chip away the wall and expose and repair the pipe without going into the house, ripping out cabinets, sinks, and basically make a mess. No matter what the situation, it will get taken care of.
***** FYI- concrete patchwork will be done by others.
