Windy day? You can check your roof without a ladder. Walk the yard and look up. Watch for shingles on the ground, gaps or dark patches along the roof edge, and bent vents or loose metal. Take a photo of anything odd, then call DSR Roofing at 520-444-5218. We will climb up and look. The inspection is free.

Most homeowners figure a cracked tile means someone stepped on it. Sometimes that's true.

But Tucson days get hot and the nights cool down. Concrete tile grows and shrinks with that swing, day after day. Tiny cracks start, and over time they open up. Live on a golf course and stray balls add to it.
