Grail Construction is looking for a talented and hardworking Superintendent. This position is on Craigslist.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing multiple projects for both residential and commercial projects (large and small, private sector and governmental)
• Provided leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner
• Managed multiple projects, at different levels of completion
• Managed work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity
• Primary function is to serve as champion for the ex*****on of the work ‐ preconstruction and construction
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs or Google Docs, Email Program, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat
• Plan interpretation
• Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
Minimum Job Requirements
• Travel. as required for the project
• Will sit, stand or walk short distances
• Climb stairs, ladders, etc.
• Will lift, push or pull objects
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects
• Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
• Reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
• Stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)
• Will interact with people frequently during a shift/work day
• Use telephone, computer equipment, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with internal and external employees, customers and vendors, and to complete office-required paperwork
