Investing in people is investing in the future. 👏

This summer, we were proud to welcome three University of Arizona Football student-athletes to our inaugural Student-Athlete Construction Exposure Micro-Internship. Over five weeks, they experienced firsthand what it takes to bring construction projects to life and explored exciting career opportunities beyond football.

A huge thank you to Rhino, Dominic, and Leroy for embracing the experience, and to our incredible partners at Granite Construction, Cottonwood Properties, and Clear Contracting for helping make this program a success.

Special thanks to Tobruk Blaine and Luis Seagroves for turning this vision into reality. This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to see this program continue to grow!

Sometimes it’s good to take a break from the daily grind and appreciate the community we’re proud to serve. A few members of the Tucson Asphalt team had the opportunity to tour the iconic McKale Center at the University of Arizona.

As we continue building new relationships and pursuing new opportunities, we’ll never forget the long-lasting partnerships that have helped us get where we are today. Those relationships, built on trust, hard work, and doing what we say we’ll do, are the foundation of everything we continue to build.

Most importantly, we’re grateful for our incredible team and the families who support them every day. The long hours, early mornings, and dedication it takes to do this work wouldn’t be possible without all of you.
