It’s a beautiful day in Tucson, and The RoofGuys are preparing yet another roof for a Lifetime Polyester Reinforced Elastomeric roof system.
Instead of filling landfills with petroleum based roofing materials we are applying a new roof system over the existing 30 year old roof this client has.
We have been maintaining this part roof for 15 years prior. The client being a very responsible home owner decided to proactively install our GREEN system before the 3 ply asphalt system failed. Knowing the roofs age made the decision easy.
This system is generally less expensive than a year off and re-roof of the traditional nature. Feel free to investigate the system on our website.

A friend of a friend of mine has a house in Sabino Mountain that they had the roof replaced about three years ago.
Payed 35k for new underlay and a re-roof.
They have a leak and the roofer they paid all that money to can’t be found.
My buddy had them call me. I don’t usually want anything to do with tile roofs anymore. I’m too old for that.
But I felt for these folks. After a conversation I decided to go by and see if maybe it was something simple.
Nice people. They felt wronged by the other roofer. I don’t blame them. I hear it more than I should.
This is what I found.
The crew that did the roof never sealed a roof vent.
These poor folks paid big bucks and got a poor job.
Be careful people.

Roofs aren’t the only way the rain comes in. Wood frame stucco homes expand and contract during the day, and night. All the openings to your wood frame stucco home need attention.
We often end up addressing these issues when our clients think they have a roof leak, but it is actually a door, or window.
