Was up in a customers attic, crawlspace to address a bad blower wheel and discovered the secondary condensate pan full of water due to the primary trap being clogged clearing the condensate line is one of the most important parts of the HVAC inspection critical for these units in the crawlspace to prevent ceiling water damage.

We will do a room by room temperature check to make sure the air flow is balanced looking for a plus 1 or 2° of difference if it’s more generally I’ll recommend adjusting the registers or additional air balancing techniques.
