🚨 Just found a system running on fumes today in Tucson 🚨
Pulled up to a home this morning and the A/C was barely blowing cool air.

Here’s what the gauges showed on their system:
• Temperature split = only 3.4°F (should be 18–22°F)
• Low-side pressure = 64.2 PSIG at just 10.4°F
• High-side pressure = 206.7 PSIG
That’s critically low on refrigerant.
We added 1 lb and the readings improved immediately, but this system is leaking. If we hadn’t caught it today, this house would have been unbearably hot all summer — the unit was basically running on empty.

Low refrigerant is one of the most common (and most expensive) problems we see right before summer hits full force in Tucson. It makes your A/C work way harder, raises your electric bill, and can destroy the compressor if you keep running it.

Moral of the story:

Don’t wait until your house feels like an oven. Get your system checked now while it’s still only 80–85° outside.
