I see us live in the greatest country in world. I also see this government system is unfair in election. Unfair. Unbalanced and other unhappy things. People say these things, they say they don’t like it too. What could we the people do anyway. A government by the people for the people—-it seems like it’s not for the, it seems like it for itself(government and it’s operators)

I am just a simple man. It just seems like it could be a lot better. It seems like my choice is too limited. It also seems like nobody wants to do anything about it. It seems to me it is a old system that’s needs some upgrades. I am not condemning I am just say is this way the best America has to offer.

I say let’s get the best AI to invent a system of government that is fair with all people in mind. Let’s just see if AI could figure a better system.

What do you all think?

Remove railroad tie steps and install new colored concrete steps and handrail. Needed to build up dirt for 2 levels of steps. Build wood forms for concrete steps. With my own mixing equipment I mixed and placed concrete in forms. After steps set up I placed concrete in walk areas. I then cut and rearranged the exisitng railroad ties at bottom and replaced the landscaping. Next I welded, painted and installed custom handrail for safety and ease. The red colorant added a custom look over the standard grey concrete. The customer and myself were very pleased with the outcome.

Existing Open Frame Ramada - Install Roof Areas for Shade and leave existing grow areas open. The challenge was to get water to flow out of the yard and utilize the existing structure. I installed sloping rafters and custom cut pieces on existing rafters to accomplish this. I used Elastic Poly Roof Fabric and Elastic Extreme Coating attached to roof ply as roofing material. The customer said the existing light reflects better and the shade was a very welcome comfort in their peaceful backyard.

Space heaters: To determine the amperage divide the wattage displayed on the tag by the voltage. Most are 1500 watts. Watts being the amount of power required to operate and electrical appliance of device, Volts being electricity coming into your home. Most breakers are 15 to 30 amps.
1500watts / 120volts = 12.5 amps
Turn on the lights, TV or any other appliances and you’ll easily trip this breaker.
We use 80% for short term allowance of “start up” surge so the 15 amp breaker should only be at a max of 12 amps total combined load...and can handle a very short term past the 12. Your heater draws 12.5 amps continuously making the 15 amp breaker (and wiring) run hot. Most breakers are thermal magnetic and designed to trip when a preset amount of heat is encountered.
80% of 15 amp circuit = 12 amps of sustained usage
80% of 20 amp circuit = 16 amps of sustained usage
Go to your electrical panel, each of the breakers as a number 15, 20, 30 ,60, determine which breaker your space heater will be utilize. We strongly recommend plugging your heater into a surge protected power strip, the power strip with trip before your circuit breaker.

Electrical Sockets not working before you install all those Christmas Lights have them repaired.

I know its fun to put lots and lots of lights inside and out but before you do this there are a few things YOU should know.

Each string of lights or any electrical equipment displays a tag noting the amperage drawn by that item. You need to add all these amps up to make sure you are not overloading your circuit breakers.

Most breakers are 15 or 20 amps. YOU need to know how many outlets are used by that breaker. Your refridgerator is usually 10 amps you could easily overload this breaker. One breaker can service many outlets 1 to 5.

We suggest systematically going around the house plug a radio into each outlet noting and labeling each of your outlets and your electrical panel outside.

Keep it safe and please call me with any questions.
