Let me show you what an A-Team looks like. 💙
It looks like checking in—not just on how things are going at work, but on how we can support, encourage, and motivate one another. It’s asking about personal goals, checking in on our families, and genuinely caring about what each person is doing to create and sustain peace and happiness in their lives.
It’s laughing until your face hurts because you’ve taken the time to get to know one another beyond the job title. It’s realizing that being a team isn’t just about working well together—it’s about how that teamwork reaches beyond the workplace and becomes part of the lives we’re living outside of it.
It’s being genuinely excited to all be in the same place because you know there is no judgment. There is a safe space. There is encouragement. There is trust. And, most importantly, there is a group of people who truly believe in one another.
THAT is an A-Team.
And I am so incredibly thankful that I found mine. 🥹❤️
We truly have a team like no other, and it amazes me every time we’re together just how perfectly they brought us all together. Every single time I leave being with these people, I feel loved, empowered, stronger, and humbled.
We come from different backgrounds, different experiences, different walks of life—and somehow, we’ve found a way to make all of those differences fit together beautifully.
I’m forever thankful for stumbling into my Meritage family. 🏡💙
