This weekend, my family and I decided it was time to check out the park at Mandarina! 🌳☀️

After all… who better to put it to the test than my 3.5-year-old? 😉 We had to let him be the official playground inspector, and after some serious testing, we can confidently say…

Mandarina gets an A+++! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was such a fun way to spend some family time while experiencing just one of the many things that makes this community so special. Beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a place where families can get outside, play, and enjoy time together.

And if you know a 3.5-year-old, you know they don’t hand out A+++ ratings easily. 😂

Ending the week with gratitude and full bellies! 💙

Yesterday, Germain, our Construction Manager in our community Sunset Crest, hosted a Vendor Appreciation event to thank the trades who work so hard behind the scenes to help us build beautiful homes.

I truly love being a part of these events because I’m passionate about showing appreciation. It’s so important for people to feel seen, valued, and appreciated for the work they do! 👏🏽

Building a home takes an ENTIRE team, and we couldn’t do what we do without the dedication, hard work, and craftsmanship of our trade partners. Every person plays an important role in the process, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you!

Thank you for everything you do, for showing up every day, and for helping us bring these homes to life. We appreciate you more than you know! 🏡 💙

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about the homes we build — it’s about the people who build them. And we are incredibly grateful to have such amazing people on our team.
