B.B. Hill Landscaping is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone interested in finance or accounting—especially students looking to grow into a full-time role.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Support accounts receivable, billing, and account updates
• Follow up on past-due balances and send notices
• Communicate with clients about account status
• Work with QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, and platforms like RentCafe & Yardi
• Assist with bookkeeping and front office tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• AR or bookkeeping experience
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar
• Detail-oriented with great communication skills
• Team player ready to support office operations

✨ What We Offer:
• Flexible part-time schedule (15–30 hrs/week)
• Growth into a full-time AR position
• Supportive, team-focused environment
