Understanding how a building is performing often requires looking beyond the surface.

On this project, WRB Construction supported the building consultant by performing targeted invasive testing to evaluate structural components, waterproofing assemblies, flashing details, and other critical elements of the building envelope.

The goal was to identify potential deficiencies, document existing conditions, and help protect the long-term performance of the property and the investment behind it.

What a great day to start May! 🌹🌼🌺🌷💐

A collection of HOA Condo managers and Industry Partners spent an afternoon at The Garden Corner mingling and making customer flower baskets and enjoying each other's company. Topped off with some delicious street tacos 🌮 for lunch as well. Thank you to everyone who attended and to all of the vendors who helped sponsor this event. Great connecting with everyone at the 2026 MFNW Multifamily Maintenance Tradeshow!

We had a great time at the Multifamily NW Maintenance Fair yesterday.

It was a busy day filled with solid conversations and the chance to connect with a lot of great people in the multifamily space. We always value getting face-to-face with the folks who are managing and maintaining these properties every day.
