A new dealership is more than a place to buy a car. It's where lasting customer relationships begin.🚘

Perlo recently completed Lexus of Vancouver, a ground-up dealership featuring a luxury vehicle showroom, service garage, and car wash. From early planning through the final finishes, the project required careful coordination across multiple building areas and close collaboration with trade partners to deliver the level of quality expected of a premier automotive brand.

Despite an aggressive 13-month schedule, the team completed the project in 12.5 months, two weeks ahead of schedule, allowing owner vendors to begin installation activities before turnover and providing additional time to prepare the facility for opening.

Crews are closing in on another milestone at Sewell Corporate Park II.🚧

The team is preparing for the final concrete panel pour for Building 4, marking the completion of a major phase of concrete work. To date, approximately 5,600 CY of concrete have been placed for Building 4 alone, with work continuing across both Buildings 3 and 4.

Coordinating operations near Hillsboro Airport while balancing activity between multiple buildings has required careful planning, communication, and teamwork every step of the way. A huge shoutout to the entire project team for managing a complex schedule and maintaining strong momentum throughout the project.👏

Thanks to the generosity of our employees, partners, and community, we've already surpassed our goal of 100 boxes.
