I grew up in a timber family with my granddad being the State Forester for Oregon in the 1930’s. My dad was a forester as well. One of my earliest jobs was working with my dad surveying and managing timber holdings. Finding a passion for antiques at

an early age drove me to have an antique store by the age of 14. Tired of renting at the age of 22, I bought a piece of property and built a house for myself and family. After the completion of my house, I found that I had a passion for building. I started Nichole Building at the age of 23 and specialized in remodeling for 38 years. Historic restoration was always the most fun because of my love of all things old. With my extensive knowledge of homes and commercial properties, surveying/ land use, construction, marketing, business development, investment properties and customer relations, becoming a top selling real estate agent seemed like the next logical step as well as a great opportunity for me.
