We’ve been a little quiet on this one, but that’s only because we’ve been busy making progress.

This black beauty just keeps on rocking and rolling! 🏡🔥

Drywall is officially hung, finished, and sanded out. We’re now ready for paint, interior trim, and doors as we continue pushing this project forward right on schedule.

The weather has been cooperating, our crews have been staying productive, and the homeowners are getting more excited with every step. It’s always rewarding to see a vision come to life when everyone is working toward the same goal.

The transformation on this lakefront home is really starting to turn heads! The fresh black exterior paint looks incredible, and the stonework and house color complement each other perfectly. One of our favorite features is the flat lot—offering both beauty and functionality right on the water.

Garage doors will be installed soon, and we’re continuing to make great progress every day. Around here, it’s always grind season. Rain or shine, our crew stays focused on delivering quality craftsmanship and keeping projects moving forward.

Another beautiful bathroom transformation in the books for Twin Cedars Construction!

This remodel got a gorgeous facelift featuring stunning new tile, a custom shower, updated champagne bronze trim and hardware, lighted mirrors, and a beautiful freestanding tub with matching tub filler to tie everything together perfectly. The homeowner did an amazing job selecting finishes that created such a clean, elegant flow throughout the space.

While we’re best known for large renovations, additions, and new construction projects, we always enjoy taking on a beautiful bathroom remodel or smaller project that completely refreshes a home and brings new life to a space.

Progress is moving right along on our mountain build in Monteagle! Framing is officially complete, and we’re getting ready for the standing seam metal roof and window installation coming very soon.

This home is truly going to be something special. From the incredible craftsmanship to the breathtaking bluff views, these homeowners are going to wake up every morning with a view most people only dream about — all from the comfort of their future deck overlooking the mountainside.

Another big step forward on our Monteagle mountain build — framing has officially begun! 🔨🏔️

After getting the foundation and block work knocked out, it’s exciting to finally watch this custom home start taking shape. The views from this property are absolutely incredible, and every stage of this build keeps reminding us just how special this one is going to be.

Another dream home coming to life for Twin Cedars! We’re putting the final touches on this custom lake home, and this one has truly been special from start to finish.

What started as an existing house on the property was completely demoed down and rebuilt into a gorgeous custom home designed to maximize every inch of the incredible view. From the oversized windows bringing in tons of natural light, to the screened-in lower porch made for relaxing late nights by the lake, every detail was carefully thought out.

This home is packed with custom features — including a laundry chute, beautiful master suite views, and finishes that make this home feel both luxurious and welcoming all at once.

We’ve absolutely loved working with these homeowners throughout the process, and we’re beyond excited to share the final professional photos very soon. This one is truly a showstopper all the way around.

Watch out mountain folks — we’re bringing another custom build to the beautiful Monteagle area, and this one is going to be something special. While we love our lake projects, we also love showing the versatility of what we do. From waterfront homes to mountain retreats tucked deep in the woods, custom building is what drives us.

This new home will be nestled back among the trees with a breathtaking bluff overlook and views that are every bit as impressive as the lake scenery we’re known for. Another lake home coming to life 🔥

We’ve wrapped up the exterior siding and just finished adding the stone—bringing the whole look together with a clean, timeless feel. The custom smooth cedar tongue & groove ceilings add a warm, high-end touch to the outdoor spaces, paired perfectly with those large cedar timber posts.

Sitting on a flat lake lot, this one is set up to be something special from every angle.

We’re moving right along—drywall is almost complete and we’re gearing up to start the finish work. This home is shaping up to be an absolute showstopper.
