NOW HIRING: LEAD ELECTRICIAN

Anderson Electric Group is looking for an experienced Lead Electrician.

We are seeking someone dependable, skilled, and confident leading projects and working independently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can handle a variety of commercial and industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading and completing commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment
• Installing conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, and electrical equipment
• Coordinating with project managers, customers, and other trades
• Directing apprentices and helpers when needed
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Completing work accurately and on schedule

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass applicable background checks and drug screening

What a great way to celebrate Anderson Electric Group’s first year in business! ⚡️

We are incredibly thankful for our employees and the families who support them. Their hard work, dedication, and trust have played a huge part in everything we have accomplished during our first year.

Even a little rain could not stop us from enjoying good food, great company, giveaways, raffle prizes, and time together outside of work. A special thank you to Ray Ray’s Smokehouse for taking care of lunch!

We also want to thank our vendor partners, Border States, CED, and Inline, for generously donating raffle prizes and company swag for the celebration. We truly appreciate your support and partnership, and we were glad to have one of our vendor representatives join us for the day.

Today marks one year since we officially opened the doors to Anderson Electric Group.

This first year has been filled with long days, hard work, lessons learned, challenges overcome, and growth we are incredibly proud of. Starting a business from the ground up is never easy, but we stayed focused, continued showing up, and kept building one project at a time.

We are especially thankful for our hardworking team, our families, and every customer and contractor who gave us an opportunity and trusted Anderson Electric Group with their projects.
