Early September is a good time to check the areas people use most on a commercial property.

Entrances, sidewalks, curb ramps, and parking lot approaches take repeated pressure through late summer. Turf can thin along the path people actually walk. Mulch can shift out of beds. Trash, leaves, and sediment can begin collecting where foot traffic, drainage, and pavement meet.

Catching those small issues now helps the property enter the fall transition in better shape. It also gives maintenance crews a clearer read on what needs attention before heavier seasonal debris and cooler weather add more variables.

Today we took a break from the heat to treat all of our Tulsa and Oklahoma City associates to lunch and a fun afternoon relaxing.
