Night sweeping is not just about working after hours.

On large commercial and industrial properties, access changes throughout the day. Parked cars, tenant traffic, customer movement, and active drive lanes can limit how much of the pavement can be reached.

After hours, the route can cover curb lines, islands, entrances, and long drive lanes with less interference. That timing helps sweeping function as recurring property maintenance rather than a cleanup task squeezed into the middle of daily operations.

Tree growth changes more than the look of a commercial property.

As canopy coverage expands, nearby turf may receive less light, hold moisture longer, and compete with roots in ways it did not when the landscape was newer. That can affect mowing, irrigation, turf recovery, and whether the area should continue being managed like open lawn.

Ongoing commercial landscape care means adjusting as the property matures. OFS looks at how trees, turf, soil, and seasonal conditions interact so maintenance keeps supporting the landscape as it changes.
