Who wants to work today? Starting pay is 11-13$ depending on Prior experience ,certificates, degrees and the ability to follow instruction and do solid consistent work from 9 to 5 at least four days a week. Pays weekly and most of the time the pay is early!! 
Your pay will increase with skilled labor such as concrete, fencing, climbing, wilding projects and knowledge of general landscaping and all plants, mushrooms and trees as well the conditions in fertilizers/nutrients they need. Your pay will also increase after a few months, As long as we can see integrity, great workflow, customer relations, skill, time management, teamwork leadership and marketing for sales reps. 

Sales reps are paid seven dollars an hour and have a minimum requirement of 35 door to door sales attenpts. Sales reps get 10-15% net profit on the sales they make!! Everyone who works a eight hour shift we’ll get a $15 food/drink stipend. After Getting more equipment and running a better digital footprint I will be giving monthly bonuses and hosting events!!!!

You may start as a Lawn tech or sales rep for HomeFront Property MGMT & Lawn LLC. But under my mentorship you may switch to any of the other businesses which include Aquaponics System builds and designs

99% Done with this one!! Approximately $26,227.83 on all this!! other competitors quotes we’re closer to $30k $35,000 and one was even $52,000!!! We did the leveling, flag stone pathways, irrigation, the entire design was done by me!! So happy it turned out so well and glad everything we planted survived the cold!!! I insisted on the metal garden trim (plastic is not built to LAST!!) I organized my landscape techs to do everything under my supervision!! the planting of seedlings, trees and seeds!! We also did the patio and and Veranda having some wisteria starting to climb it!! This is a full shade garden. This is a “Italian styled” shaded party garden.

We did such a good job that they want us to do some other houses they own and We got this done in about five weeks!!! We did so well that they also want us to continue on the garden and also I am going to do some wine cap mushroom garden beds here!! And they bought 4 totem logs!! Examples of totem logs As shown in attached pictures!!

Some of the pictures attached are our top selling, “new mushroom garden beds” All the pictures shown will be inoculated wine caps and get the best results our recipe for forever beds!! We include peat moss, gypsum, soil, beneficial Bacterial inoculants (my own recipe) But we can do mushroom beds year round From all the species listed below in the last three attached pictures!!

We negotiated and compromised my personal recommendations for plants and stone that complimemts the house and surroundings. This was made to be a low maintenance, full design for the purpose of entertainment. I will be doing something similar at another house very soon!

So happy to have such great employees and clients thank you all you’re so wonderful. One of my favorite things about my job is providing opportunity for both workers and clients to Find a way to contentment and live a sustainable life all the while enjoying the work we do for both parties clients and workers. It really brings me joy to see how happy clients are With our work and designs.

The wine cap Mushrooms breakdown Mulch and create a very extensive Highway of nutrients well controlling pests diesease such as nematodes. Inviting earth worms in improving bioavailable nutrients for many years to come. It is a great time to start some bed so please let me know if you would like some or would like a Morel mushroom bed or any type of wood growing mushroom from our mushroom logs!!!

Hello everyone as good morning to you!! I wanted to let you know that homefront property management is expanding rapidly!!!! We are looking for new clients, more dedicated workers and honestly just trying to build a company from the ground up as I have been doing for years. General Lawn maintenance/mgmt and other outdoor related services such as leaf removal, pond installation/mgmt , soil testing, landscaping, etc. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds at times. Starting pay is $13 an hour plus sales commission and pay and commission rises with efficiency and skill. Experience preferred but not required. Thank you- owner,

General maintenance and training provided for more skilled labor I.e masonry, landscaping etc. base pay is 13$ an hr (you get raises fast if I see progress or efficiency) and with commission on sales. Must have reliable transport and be able to lift over 60 lbs at times. Work available this week. Sep 25th- Owner Will Yip
