Another simple upgrade here. The existing wood door started deteriorating which means it’s time for Okie to step in and give this home a nice curb appeal upgrade before it’s sold.

This ended up being a special order door with it needing to be cut down to the custom opening.

Customer wanted a metal wood look door with windows and we said say less! One suggestion later and we had this one on order, the best part is the doors turned out better than anyone expected!

12x12, 10x10 and a 8x8 with custom high lift track.
CHI Accent WoodTone Planks w/ slim long windows along w/ a Liftmaster side mount jack shaft motor per door.

Before and after for today’s install! I’d say the original door had seen some better days! Customer wanted a change so they went with an insulated Regal CS Shaker in the Sahara color with the outside black hardware. We also took out that old greasy and loud Genie screw drive and upgraded over to a Liftmaster chain drive.

16x7 standard regal square design/non insulated/white. Liftmaster 8365 7 high chain. Take out haul off old damaged door.
