If you’re located in Broken Arrow, Claremore, Catoosa, Owasso, Sapulpa or West Tulsa and you’ve been waiting for a hail storm big enough to damage your old roof so you can file a claim with your insurance and get them to pay for a new one, you may be in luck after those storms that rolled through earlier today. Before filing a claim with your insurance, make sure and call a certified and licensed roofing expert (Me) to come out and perform a damage inspection to ensure that you have enough damage for the insurance to actually pay for a roof replacement. All insurance carriers require different parameters to declare if a roof is damaged enough to be replaced and if you file a claim that doesn’t meet those requirements you will have a no damage claim filed against you or possibly be dropped by your insurance.

If you’re in need of a roof and property damage inspection, give me a call and I will get to you as soon as possible and get all the necessary documentation needed for your insurance and walk you through the entire process, meet with the insurance adjuster, ensure you’re being properly paid for your loss, build back your roof and deal with the insurance along the way. You may also not have any damage but can still benefit from an inspection and get some piece of mind knowing your roof is fine.

❤️ Prayers for everyone affected by the tornados this evening. I’ll be in Barnsdall and Bartlesville tomorrow providing emergency roof tarping for anyone in need and also documenting property damage so that those affected can get everything restored to pre storm loss condition by their insurance. For all of you fathers that woke up today and thought your kids and wife got you a new trampoline for Fathers Day, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but It’s probably your neighbors down the road.

In all seriousness if any of my previous customers, friends or family in green country received any damage to there roof or property due to flying trees etc., give me a call and me and my team will be out to help with removing debris from your roof and tarping any areas that need tarped to mitigate water damage until your insurance can come out to inspect the damages. We will be meeting with all of our customers insurance adjusters to ensure that all of the damages are properly documented and accounted for so that nothing is left behind or left off of your individual claim.

A word of advice for anyone who doesn’t know what to do next. The most important thing is to document all of the damages through photos and get your property protected so that no further damage accumulates. There is a ton of damage all around green country and those who wait to act and call their insurance will be waiting awhile for them to come out and inspect the loss. The quicker you act, the quicker we can help return everything to pre-storm loss condition. We work with all insurance carriers and will be able to walk you through the entire process from start to finish.

Been an extremely busy year so far and I couldn’t be more thankful and feel more blessed to have had so much work and so many referrals from a countless amount of amazing customers. More crazy weather on the way tonight for Tulsa and surrounding areas starting around 4-5pm! 80mph winds baseball and tennis ball size hail, needless to say it’s gonna get a little crazy. Make sure those cars, pets and grills and anything else in the yard you don’t want destroyed gets put under some cover. I hope everyone stays safe and out of harms way but if you do happen to be in the path of the big hail and have any windows, skylights or anything else busted out in your home that could let water in give me a call and once it passes over we can have our crews come out and perform an emergency tarping service for your home at no cost to you.
