Main Square Properties, the Real Estate subsidiary of Nichols Brothers, Inc., looking to fill the following position
Commercial Property Tech
Main Square Properties - Nichols Brothers Inc. – Tulsa, OK
Assist with all maintenance, upkeep, re-modeling and construction projects in multiple company facilities. Will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks as well as assisting other crewmembers in painting, landscaping, light plumbing, and completing building repairs of maintenance of parking lots and exterior grounds. Must have good attendance record and ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
The position that is outlined is designed for NIGHTS (4:00pm – 8:00pm) WEEKENDS (8:00am – 5:00pm)
