Hey Green Country! 👋

We removed the roll roofing and chimney flashing to inspect this customer’s roof deck, and we found water damage.

Here's how we fixed it:
✔️ Replaced the rotted roof decking
✔️ Re-flashed the step flashing around the brick chimney
✔️ Applied a base and cap sheet over the roof deck
✔️ Finished by counter-flashing the chimney at the base

The counterflashing is an additional layer of protection to waterproof any roof with a chimney or skylight curb.

Hey Green Country! 👋

We recently completed this solid laminate roof. The manufacturer is Owens Corning, TruDefinition series and the color is Estate Gray.

We always remove all prior material to inspect the roof deck. This is a perfect deck with nothing to replace, so we went ahead with applying synthetic felt & this Class 3 laminate shingle.
