Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Be punctual - core working hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed
Have full understanding of shop drawings and ability to read blueprints; know how to relate the elevations, plan views, and detail (section cut) views together in order to complete a project requirements and accurately read a tape measure.
Sand solid woods and veneers using pneumatic sanders as well as hand sanding.
Verify drawing and part dimensions before assembling projects.
Able to create jigs for many different applications, including routing reveals, arcs, radiuses, wall plates, wood profiles, etc.
Identify different species of wood (solids and veneers).
Fabricate solid surface material (i.e. Corian).
Apply plastic laminate to flat and radius vertical surfaces without causing bubbles and making sure that the joints are tight.
Capable of leading a team through the processes of fabricating diewalls, wall panel systems, standing and running trim projects, display cases, nurse stations, reception desks, etc
Have own tools or ability to obtain tools as needed.
Have strong ability to solve problems regarding machining mistakes, unclear shop drawings, etc. in order to complete projects in a timely manner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline orientated environment.
Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with the company's safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous knowledge and experience in Millwork/Casework.
Possess a positive and professional attitude

We are a premium grade architectural millwork manufacturing company specializing in the design, production and installation of millwork products for commercial markets for 43 years. What started as a small company providing metal framing, drywall, and casework has developed into an important supplier of millwork in the Tulsa area and beyond. Examples of our work can be found in banks, hospitals, schools, casinos, and business offices.

*Essential Job Responsibilities *
Construction progress Invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, collections.

1099 Independent Contractor weekly payrolls

Weekly certified payroll reporting

Weekly job costing

Weekly time card auditing / data entry into Quickbooks

Excellent time management skills required! Weekly deadlines must be met.

Language Skills: Applicant must have the ability to write reports, and business correspondence, with good grammar, punctuation and spelling; and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, other employees, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Applicant must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest rates, and percentages; and have the ability to apply basic math concepts. Honesty in communication is required.

Excellent communication, strong writing, analytical, and creative skills.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information relayed is essential.

Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and other software programs; QuickBooks Desktop knowledge required.

Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the company.

Filing and organizing daily paperwork.

Manage multiple tasks and handle high stress situations.

*Education and Experience Requirements: *

High school diploma or equivalent experience required

Previous experience in construction accounting (job costing) is a requirement.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks Desktop, Word, and Excel required

This role will be managing sensitive information, so trustworthiness, honesty, and integrity are important characteristics for a successful candidate in this position.

Hours would be 20-25 hours per week – but could grow into more hours in the future if wanted.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
