The client bought this home and a few months ago and there wasn't any steps going out the back door of this home, we were sent a picture of a simple set of steps and asked to recreate them, after seeing them and putting them up so quick, very excited to be able to get to the back yard without walking completely around.

Emergency bathroom install was a success just needs to be buttoned up and it'll be complete for this home, they have plans on updating the shower at a later date just needed something to get by for now.

More to come with this property, we are booked up for a couple of weeks and should be seeing more of what we are doing soon, for all your remodel and repair needs keep us in mind.

The floor's condition was compromised after we removed the existing material, revealing three severely damaged floor joists with little to no structural integrity. Instead of addressing the root cause, previous workers had applied temporary fixes by adding layers of plywood and concrete board. We provided a lasting solution by dismantling the floor, reinforcing the joists with additional support and blocking around the fl**ge, and rebuilding the floor. The customer was delighted with the outcome, expressing relief and satisfaction with the solid floor, which alleviated their fears of collapse.
