Kicking off the week with an update on the beautiful Arco building! Work on the interior renovation is nearing completion and the top three floors are almost fully occupied. Originally completed in 1949 and designed by famous Architect, Leon B. Senter, this magnificent Art Deco structure now has a new life as 72 luxury apartments. Did you know? Mr. Senter became the first registered architect in Oklahoma in 1925! Throughout his career, he designed many Tulsa treasures like the original Booker T. Washington High School (Go Hornets!), the Philcade Building, Will Rogers High School and the Downtown YMCA.

The new renovation features units ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms with private and public rooftop patio space available and parking on the basement level. Stay tuned for final completion photos in the coming weeks!

We've been hard at work bringing new life to the historic Arco Building! Originally built as the Service Pipeline Building in 1950, this 6-story Art Deco beauty has been repurposed over the years but has never seen a renovation quite like this. We had the great opportunity to work with Price Family Properties and imagine the rehabilitation of the historic Arco Building into 72 luxury apartments featuring basement level parking, communal lounge space, kids play space, rooftop amenities and future ground floor retail. No lie, this really is what project dreams are made of!
