At 13 years of age Jeff Levell was a curious youngster who would follow his uncle and dad around on his construction sites in Northern California. Always fascinated with building things, eventually the youthful Jeff asked if he could go to work for them. They said yes and the rest is history. From that day on Jeff would learn the construction trade while always wanting to absorb more. At 17 he wen
t to work for framing crews and by 22 he was superintendent for one of the largest commercial construction companies in Sacramento. A few years later Jeff began taking on his own jobs while continuing to learn the trade. More important than the hammer and nails and bricks and mortar education Jeff received, he learned the importance of honesty and dependability and that keeping your word as your bond would often get business and referrals from people that had used him before. It did not take long for Jeff to understand that this was because he treated his customers with great care and fairness. As Jeff now says, “The secret to success is a simple one; work hard, be honest and go the extra mile for your customers.”
Now some thirty years later Jeff continues to apply those values in his business – JDL Construction Management. As his education in the construction management business continues to grow, Jeff remains committed to fairness, honesty and quality.
