Still some additional work to be done to the backyard, fencing, and main house but for another day***
20x36ft detached garage/ shop/ storage, 2 overhead doors, With decked and insulated attic.

Small upstairs bathroom demo and Renovation. New 48x32 Delta shower insert with 24inch vanity. Along with all new plumbing, new drywall, and subfloor.

Plumbing issues forced this customer to start this renovation earlier than expected with a smaller budget. But we worked it in and knocked it out in 10 days for a VERY REASONABLE budget.
