POSITION: Foreman Climber/ Bucket operator/Skidder Bucket Operator on Utility / Commercial /Residential Tree Work
Starting Date: Applications accepted until suitable candidate(s) is selected.
Tree M.D. LLC is seeking experienced Bucket Operators / Climbing Arborists to join our Commercial & Residential Tree Care team. This is an outdoor based, physically demanding, hands-on position. Outdoorsmen and women with prior experience in Forestry, Utility Trimming, or working at height are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES:
* Responsible for climbing, pruning and removing trees on residential and commercial properties
* Assist in completing all aspects of Tree Pruning, Removal, roping and rigging by working as both trimmer and ground crew
* Services provided include utility line clearing, commercial and residential tree work
* Operate Chippers, Trucks, Aerial Lifts, stump grinders or special equipment
* Maintain climbing gear, chainsaw, and shared crew equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid Driver's License required
* Ability to satisfactorily perform Tree Trimmer duties
* Under direct supervision ability to demonstrate proficiency:
* Climbing trees with closed or open climbing system
* Pruning to ANSI A300 standards
* Operating chippers and chainsaws
* Bucket truck experience preferred
* Strong tree ID capabilities
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Full time hourly position. Compensation based on qualifications and experience.

DUTIES:
*Cutting, chipping,and stacking trees and brush
* Identifying hazards on a utility right-of-way
* Identifying scope of ground work on utility property
*Maintaining company equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid Driver's License required
*Chainsaw use and safety is a must
* Knowledge of pruning to ANSI A300 standards
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
