This was a new one for us! This is a 30x40 with a lean to on each side and a roof extension on front, but, if you notice there’s something is different about that roof. This building was ordered by the customer specifically for a shingle roof, instead of a metal roof The trusses were built with the purlin clips on 16” center to support the 7/16 decking and it worked out great. Will post updated pics when they get the shingles on.

Here’s a nice building we just finished up today! 32x40 main building, 12x48 lean to, 32x8 roof extension on the front! Gonna be a nice home when the owners get the inside finish up! This one looks good with that gunmetal and copper penny. Seeing more and more of that copper penny on these buildings. Thanks to Magnum Metals, LLC for all the metal, trusses and boots! Here’s a project we were fortunate enough to team up with our friends at Hamilton Properties & Rentals on this past week! 30x40 with a 10’ roof extension over on beautiful Lake Lamar Bruce. That burnished slate and copper clad is a combo we’d never done together but turned out good. We love working with fellow local small businesses and friends to get the job done! Here’s a nice little 24x30 roof only addition we did over in Fulton! Looks like it was always there! The customer painted all the trusses and posts to match their accents on their house and it turned out great!
