Under $15,000.? Absolutely! No catch, with materials.
We know others in the bathroom industry charge $15,000.00 just to replace a fiberglass shower, but here, that can get you a full custom tile shower!
This includes👇🏼
-Demo
-plumbing
-waterproofing materials (schluter and go-board)
-tile
-mortar/grout
-labor

I’m thinking about running special pricing on mobile homes this week, what do you guys think?

Trust the process = Superior outcomes
Every pre-78’ home goes through the same process, it takes time-the end result is a full 8 year warranty with our proprietary process. When it comes to lead houses, i can assure you-nobody in the valley comes close, it’s why we do so many!
Step 1- Bud the project, sign contract, select colors.

Step 2-lay out plastic, suit up and start scraping!

Step 3-oil prime with shellac primer to seal tannins as well as superior wood fiber adhesion.

Step 4- spray on high build bonding primer and brush/roll to fill in cracks, chips, dips, crevices, etc etc

Step 5- caulk remaining areas in need of caulking

Step 6- top coat in Miller evolution, the highest grade paint you can possibly put on a house in this state!(lifetime warranty)

Step 7- walk project, collect payment, post pictures!

It can take weeks to complete these steps, but without each one, the end result just can’t match our desired level of quality.
Throughout the process, the house ends up receiving multiple coats of varied coatings, it’s a labor of love, and the price tag reflects. If the final result is more important than price, give us a call 📞

We had the opportunity to do touch ups on this home after the roofers finished roofing!
We have to give a shout out to our favorite siding guy Josh! During peak season Josh keeps the repairs done before we show up so we can put on as much paint as possible during the season!
We love how this home turned out, it was quite the transformation!

When someone has been following your journey for years and asks you to work on their home because they want your level of detail, it means more then words can describe.

The neighbors dog has been jawing my ear off about a job, i told him i would give him a shot since he’s been so on point about showing up on time. He sniffed out some inefficiency, however his painting skills are a little rough when it comes to overspray, we told him it was getting a new roof, he took it and ran with it, but over all the goodest of painters, and best yet, he just wants some good treats and belly rubs for compensation. Don’t be surprised to see Goose on the next job giving it his pawl.
