Our crew is placing and compacting fill at the bridge approach. And while the dirt moves, our newest team members are getting hands-on time behind the controls. Training on the ride-on padfoot roller and the remote-operated trench roller under the eye of our experienced operators.

That’s how we build: real equipment, real projects, real mentorship. Every operator on our crew started somewhere.

New employee parking at Tiffin Motorhomes in Red Bay. 🇺🇸

Tiffin's growing, so we built them a lot to match. The CG Jones team built nearly 200 spaces, start to finish. Thanks to our partners at North Alabama Asphalt/Ford Concrete Construction for the quality paving work.
