Kitchen and dining remodel and expansion. We removed some walls to open into the rest of the home wile beefing up the center beam with double 16" LVL beams through bolted to engineer specifications. Added eight 6" wafer lights, island light, and over sink light. Kraftmaid cabinets in canyon grey with white Quarts countertop and a hickory butcherblock top at 110" wide and supported with discrete brackets for the overhang. All new FloorScore flooring with multi width print.

Complete room and bathroom remodel. Had started this project to get 2 days in and come across a lot of mold. Panel board lined all the walls, trim was rotten away, the floor was saturated, and a multitude of other problems that we came across. All the problems are a direct result of poor work done building this addition by the previous homeowner, according to the current homeowners. Water was getting in from a roof pulling away, studs out of plumb, floor joist not properly secured, using 3/8" drywall instead of 1/2", and using 1/2" category plywood for subfloor instead of 3/4" category. Despite all the problems we beat the beast with some help from a subcontracted business for mold remediation and after testing. All materials were brought up to code, added lights, closet system installed by Home Depot, and leveled things out the best they could get.

Master bathroom remodel. Everything was gutted to remove the tub and re plumb for a 2" drain to the main, new 220v power run for the dryer, vanity rough in plumbing set for customer to install vanity, Sterling Store+ shower unit, Lifeproof flooring, new trim, and updated electrical!

Return customers! We always love a call back! Pictures 1 through 3 from a patio/deck job, they wanted three black 5"x5" post installed and string lights across the patio. Pictures 4 and 5 are from a she-shed built and was in need of a solar security light, shelves, and hangers. The last picture is of 2 of the 5 glass block windows with vent that was installed in an old Akron home that has kept this business busy over the last 2 years. Old or new, we appreciate you all!

Battle of the bees and deck rot. Had some troubles getting this one started, we had yellow jackets living in the siding where the ledger board goes. Once we got going it took no time to set the beam, framing, and screwed down cedar boards stained by the homeowner. Overall dimensions came to 14' wide by 7' deep and if customer decides to purchase the remaining cosmetic materials and rail we will return to install.

We came to this home to remove two sliding doors and replace them with modular units with blinds between glass panels from United windows and doors. We also removed the kitchen pantry bi-fold doors and replaced them with a double door with black hardware. Doors are to be stained to match the trim as close as possible.

We had the honor of helping Visual Marketing Solutions open up more production space. There was an office space, storage room, closet, small shower unit within another little storage room, and hallway with a few doors. We systematically demolished and hauld off site all the drop ceiling, drywall ceiling, ceiling/floor joists, loft plywood covering, electrical, wall paneling, drywall covering panel board, and cinder block walls. Once all that was out of the way we cut a channel in the floor to move the vent stack and water line out of the way and into the far wall, installed a support post under an I beam, built out the plumbing wall a little, drywall install and finish, painted the walls, and installed a simple railing. I feel like there was more we did, but we will be back for another round of demolition soon and I can't wait!

We removed all the old cladding on this North Solon house and updated it with thicker vertical rails and wrapped with aluminum flashing. Installed new sanded plywood, primed twice, and painted to get a smooth finish. The rest of the house had the stucco repaired, painted stucco, trim, and gutters, and had new garage doors installed by other companies.
