POV: breaking down what really happens at a property 🏠👷🏾♂️
“First thing I do when I pull up — check the exterior. I’m looking at the roof, windows, doors, yard… making sure everything is secure and no damage or break-ins.”
“Then I go inside (if accessible). I document EVERYTHING — walls, floors, ceilings, appliances. If something’s off, I take clear photos 📸”
“I check for utilities — is the water running? Any leaks? Electrical issues? Safety hazards?”
“And before I leave, I make sure the property is properly secured. Lock it up, report it, and move on to the next one.”
This ain’t just driving around… it’s real work, attention to detail, and staying consistent 💯
