Just finished up these three 8x7 DoorLink 3680 steel-back insulated doors in the color Driftwood and they turned out great.

Just wrapped up this job and man did it turn out nice! We installed (2) 10’2” x 12’ black full view doors and the final result speaks for itself.

We high lifted these doors 2 feet and followed the roof pitch at 4/12 to maximize overhead space and create the cleanest setup possible. We could have gone even higher, but had to stay below existing electrical.

Overall, extremely happy with how this one turned out. The black full view doors completely transformed the look of the space and gave it a sleek, modern finish.

Just finished up this clean job to start the week.

This project included an 18x8 black 3690 steel back insulated door along with a 10x9 insulated door, paired with two LiftMaster 98022 side mount operators.

The DoorLink 3690 offers thick steel back insulated construction for strength, energy efficiency, and quieter operation. The LiftMaster 98022 provides a wall mounted design to free up ceiling space, ultra quiet performance, built in WiFi control, and battery backup for reliability.

The finished product turned out sharp and built to last.

Here’s a job we finished up today. It consisted of (1) 18’2x8 & (1) 10’2x8 Black Long Panel doors. These were uninsulated with no glass.

On the 10x8 we had to remove an existing Roll up style barrel door. The 10x8 was manual lift, while the 18x8 was paired with a LJ8900w Sidemount operator to provide a quiet and smooth operation.

Finished up this Friday installing two 12x10 black insulated commercial doors with a standard lift track setup. We paired these with LiftMaster LJ8900W side mount operators for a clean install, quiet operation, built in battery backup, and myQ smart connectivity.

We completed this project this week for one of our valued builders and the finished result speaks for itself.

This installation included three 9x8 DoorLink 3630 short carriage steel back doors in the Oak color. The 3630 model is a premium insulated residential door built with a durable steel back construction for added strength and longevity. These doors feature polyurethane insulation, providing a high R value for improved energy efficiency and quieter operation. The steel back design fully encloses the insulation, creating a clean interior appearance while increasing rigidity and overall durability. The short carriage panel design delivers a classic carriage house look with modern performance.

To complete the system, we installed Genie 2128 belt drive operators. The Genie 2128 model is a 1 1/4 HPc DC motor system designed for smooth and reliable lifting power. The belt drive rail system provides extremely quiet operation, making it ideal for homes with living spaces near or above the garage. These operators include built in WiFi connectivity for remote monitoring and control through the Aladdin Connect app.

We had the pleasure of installing three 10x8 Ozark Series steel back insulated garage doors in the beautiful Walnut color. These doors featured a unique glass placement customized exactly how the homeowner envisioned and the finished look speaks for itself.

To complete the setup, we installed Chamberlain residential jackshaft operators mounted beside the door instead of overhead. These openers feature:

• Ultra quiet DC motor performance
• Built in battery backup (so the door works during power outages)
• Space-saving side-mount design
• Smooth start/stop operation

Jackshaft operators are a great option for garages with high ceilings, storage racks, or customers wanting a cleaner ceiling layout.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out.

Here’s a job our team just wrapped up. It consisted of (2) 12x14 Brown insulated commercial doors, and (1) 10x10 brown insulated commercial door.

The 12x14s are both standard lift, while the 10x10 has 48” of highlift to provide maximum clearance under the door while raised.
