The Elam and Ruth Swann House, located near Bergfeld Park in Tyler, Texas, is one of the community's treasured historic residences. Ruth Swann was a founding member of the Tyler Garden Club and the Junior League of Tyler, and the home played an important role in Tyler's early civic and social history.
At Yosemite Roofing, we had the privilege of transforming this remarkable property while respecting the architectural character that has made it a Tyler landmark for generations. The before-and-after photos showcase more than a new roof. They represent the preservation of a piece of East Texas history.
