Kicking off Sunday's on-call service with a productive start assist install!
A tripped breaker in the electrical panel was found, resulting from a pitted contactor.
A comprehensive inspection of the condenser also uncovered a dead capacitor. Given the system's age, now is an ideal time to upgrade the start assist with new components, including a run capacitor, and 40amp contactor, all covered by a 5-year warranty on parts and labor.

This dinosaur was MASSIVE and ugly!!

Replaced with a Ameristar by American Standard 5 ton Gas Pack.

Additional installation of a Samsung Multi Port system- 2- 12kbtu indoor head units/ 1- 24kbtu outdoor unit.
This upstairs has never cooled or heated properly. Now it will.

This systems are incredible. Top of the line product with a 12 year warranty.

With an inverted compressor amp draw is extremely low. On 2 stage high cooling I drew 7.8amps while maintaining 70 degrees on a non spray foam home.

Customers complaint was over $500 electric bills. We installed 2-17 seer inverted systems and just this month alone has saved over $200.00 on the electric bill.
