Here is some custom board and batten wall covering completed a few months ago. The homeowner wanted to add some depth to the walls in the master bedroom. Here are some photos of a recent bathroom renovation completed in Tyngsboro, MA. This bathroom hadn't been renovated since the house was built in 1993. I think we can all agree that the new shower unit, toilet and vanity are an improvement over the existing blue fixtures. To finish off the job the homeowner wanted the floral carpet removed off the stairs and replaced with something more modern and neutral.

These homeowners had outgrown their existing deck and need an addition. Some rot repair on the existing three season porch was needed prior to start. The deck addition was 10x16 foot. You can see where the existing was located by the change in deck board direction. As you can see its dog approved!

This deck facelift was a stunning improvement over the existing cedar decking and rails. New island mist boards and black aluminum signature railings were the customers product of choice. The existing structure of the deck was restored with new rail posts and under-blocking for improved strength. The boards were installed with hidden fasteners and plugs to provide a sleek design. The double ribbon was engineered into the board layout to negate having to butt boards but still allow room for expansion and contraction. Finally the sun porch was rewrapped in white boards to create a clean look. @ Hampstead, New Hampshire

Before and after of a recent deck make over. All old decking and railings were removed. The deck box was reinforced and the existing posts were replaced. Next pebble gray composite decking boards were installed using hidden fasteners and color matched plugs. Then the Titan Pro vinyl-clad aluminum railings were installed. Finally the deck was finished with lattice and wrapped in trim boards with color matched plugs. @ Woburn, Massachusetts

This basement bathroom addition was completed from frame to finish by . This included the Framing, drywall, paint, drop ceiling, flooring, finish trim and custom carpentry.

It was a challenge to incorporate a barn door with such low clearance under the newly installed drop ceiling in the basement. A low clearance track was determined to be the best option. The barn door was custom built from tongue and groove boards and trim boards to accommodate the special size required.

The home owner wanted wainscoting and a chair rail that acted as a back splash for the vanity. In addition a wainscoting was incorporate into the custom door to hide the panel in the wall. @ Dracut, Massachusetts

This barn door covering was placed over the existing french doors. Giving the doors a facelift was a cheaper alternative to purchasing brand new doors. This provided the added privacy and desired design the customer was looking for. In addition sound proofing board was applied to each window pane to dampen noise. In the future if the additional privacy is no longer wanted this covering to be removed. The door was finished with stain and wax to give a distressed look. @ Tyngsboro, Massachusetts

This kitchen renovation and 1/2 bathroom addition was recently completed in Nashua, NH. All new cabinets, flooring, fixtures and appliances were installed into the kitchen. A wall with a pocket door was built to accommodate the new toilet and pedestal sink. A free standing box was constructed in the garage to insulate the new plumbing for the bathroom, and the original ceiling texture applied to the box to make it look like it had always been there. Finally the kitchen, bathroom and garage were all covered in a a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore paint. @ Nashua, New Hampshire

This bathroom and kitchen remodel of an In law apartment was located in a 1850's farm house on Andover St. All walls were covered in beadboard. A level platform was constructed to accommodate the new washer and dryer as well as the new cabinets. All fixtures were updated and trim was matched through to keep an authentic feel. @ Tewksbury, Massachusetts
