Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Customer Service / Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, accounting, and administrative duties. This role involves scheduling repairs and warranty services, managing payables, and providing general clerical support. The position requires a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate repairs and warranty services
Enter and process accounts payable
Assist with general accounting tasks, including invoicing and reconciliation
Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Maintain organized records in QuickBooks, Google Drive, and other systems
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues promptly
Handle other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and accounting support roles preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong phone etiquette and customer-facing communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior experience in a similar position is preferred

All of us at All Florida Wall Systems are deeply saddened by the loss of our former family member, Vanessa Germeroth. She worked with us for 10 years before retiring to enjoy her family. May her beautiful soul rest in peace.

This photo is a perfect reflection of how Vanessa loved everything, she always smiled, laughed, joked and was a dear friend to anyone she came in contact with. She will be deeply missed.

NEED IMMEDIATELY - DELIVERY PERSON/Helper:

Company truck provided so must have valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pick up 50 lbs regularly. This job will be delivering screws, nails and whatever else is needed. It also includes cleaning up extra drywall mud and materials left over and bringing back to shop. We work in all of Central Florida so driving will be all over this area. This is an hourly entry level position, pay rate will be discussed at interview.

We offer paid Holidays and Vacation after one year of employment. Weekly pay
