Mike and Cyndie Smith started this company in 1986 and Incorporated in 1997. We have set up, torn down, relocated, transported and repaired manufactured, mobile, and modular homes. Our company's goals are to provide our customers with professional, friendly, cost effective results. We worked more with dealers until the economy crashed in the housing market and now we work more with individual clie

nts seeking to buy a new home, relocate into a different home or move their home to a new location. Mike has done about everything there is in the manufactured housing set up business and would be able to figure it out if he hasn't.
