Stripped off the topsoil on a 2.5 acre field and regraded the subsoil. Once we got to grade we pushed the topsoil back across and hit it with the Ruckus rake and it’s ready for seed. Also cleared a little ground and prepped for a food plot.

House demo due to a fire. We had to go in and tear it down but leave the old stone foundation and frost walls in place for further inspection. After further review the foundation was not structurally sound and needed to come out. We went back in and tore it out. We then dug the hole for a new foundation. Also tied in the new sewer line, water line and day lighted footers drains/gutter pipes. Thanks again Champang Builders and great job on the build.

Fixing a lot of water issues and a property facelift. Tore out old rip rap along the bank. Installed pier footer drains around the house and buried gutter pipes. While we were there the home owner talked us into building a new set of steps and staining the deck.
