Aspen Property Care offers full service landscaping for residential clients in the areas of design, installation and maintenance, as well as commercial landscape maintenance services. Some of the services include lawn mowing, fertilization, tree and shrub care, landscape design, brick waver walks and patios, and retaining walls.
Aspen Property Care has grown consistently over the last mineteen years. Steve explains, “When people contact us, we initially talk to them to determine what kind of work they are requesting in terms of yard maintenance, construction, design work, or application. We assess their primary needs to determine the best way to serve them. In my opinion, we have some of the nicest people for customers. I really enjoy getting to know them as individuals and we have built many business-casual relationships in the community.”
Steve discusses the consistent objectives of Aspen Property Care. He states, “There are always three goals that I strive for with each of our customers. First, we want to be known as a company that is absolutely impeccable for trustworthiness. When customers ask us to work in their yard, it is an incredible responsibility and an honor for us. I take pride that we run a squeaky-clean business. The second part of the equation is competence. The goal is to execute each job the best way we can. The third leg of that stool is integrity. When a customer places trust with us, we will strive to give that customer the best professional service and we will stand behind our work.” Steve proclaims, “My personal reputation is so important to me.” He smiles and adds, “One of my personal goals is that I never want my wife or children to overhear someone at a grocery store making a negative remark about me. Accountability is vital.”
This consistent philosophy is reverberated throughout the team at Aspen Property Care. Steve explains, “We have a wonderful group here. Nick Helt is great at generating excellent designs through computer imaging, and Scott Skaar, our Maintenance Manager, is phenomenal. He is one of the best customer service people I have ever known. Our employees are the backbone of the business and agree with the mission that we are truly doing this for our families. Additionally, my wife is the soul. She is responsible for the day-in and day-out responsibilities of our eight children and six grandchildren. We always need to remind ourselves and keep our true priorities in the right place. My family is always my first priority in my schedule.”
