Residential & Commercial (Lead Experience Preferred)
Menke Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team! We’re a well-established, locally owned company that takes pride in delivering quality service and craftsmanship to both residential and commercial clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
Strong background in both residential and commercial systems
Lead installer experience is highly preferred
Ability to manage projects and guide helpers or junior installers
Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and installation standards
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
