We received an email from a wonderful customer and figured I'd share it.
I have no idea how to incorporate all the things you have done for me into a review of your company for the public, but I at least want to thank you for the things you have done for me.
First, you saved me from a contract with Leaf@@@@ I inadvertently signed over a year ago just by warning me that I may not have signed what I thought I signed.
Second, I am very happy with the job your company did installing new gutters for me at a very good price. When I really didn’t know what color of gutters I wanted , you suggested black. I never would have thought of that, but I love the look.
Thirdly, when you were bidding on my gutters, you pointed out that the support posts for the cover on my deck were leaning away from the house and the cover could collapse. I had been debating about getting a new deck, but you noticing that and telling me caused me to act. Today the guys I hired to build a new deck and cover told me that the only thing keeping the cover from sliding off the roof was the very sturdy handrail my son had put up for me a few years ago. The cover was not attached to the roof at all and somehow the handrail had stabilized things enough to keep it from collapsing.
So, thank you, Richard Taylor for being experienced and observant and willing to communicate what you see.
