It was a dirty but essential job! South Tacoma. This one got a visit from L&I thanks to one of my competitors. I guess they were mad that I got the job. Good L&I inspections lower insurance premiums so thanks!!!
This was a project to separate and repair a side sewer shared by 2 homes. 13 ft deep in the street!!

What did we do during Covid? Many things thankfully. First...Horse Arena! Start to finish from rough grade, base, riding surface and fence. We used a laser guided grader to get a perfect base and sand layer. Steps include rough grading and leveling, soil evaluation, base installation and compaction, riding surface grading, fence and retaining boards. Installed in April 2020 and still no base failure!
