A young lady contacted me about a new fence job another contractor had “completed” for her. She was not satisfied with the finished product or with how they left the job site. Strips of nails, pieces of wood, on both her and the neighbors’ sides as well as mounds of dirt, now mud, all over the yard and walk way. It’s been a month and her gates are already rubbing the ground and not closing flat. When she contacted the company about fixing the many issues with the project, they refused to come out stating that the job was complete.
There are many issues with this project, some obvious, some not so much. Things like pressure treated horizontal stringers, low grade cedar boards, post tops hacked with chain saws and not dog eared, gates not hung correctly, improper spacing of fence boards. All these things on one project, and the lack of customer service blew me away.
Please know who is working with you on your project.
We may take a little longer, we may be a little more, but our goal is to make you happy with the finished project. And we clean up after ourselves.
February is the best time to call for an estimate and get scheduled for a spring install!!!
