These two dream homes are taking off quickly in the past couple of weeks! We feel blessed to have the opportunity to build for such wonderful folks all the time. It is something JPRC does not take for granted.

We were at Egrets Landing on Bayou Desiard for an absolutely gorgeous pour for J.P. Richardson Construction, LLC. The conditions couldn’t have been better, and the job came together smooth from start to finish.

Jacob Anthony Mobley was on the controls and ran everything like silk—steady, precise, and dialed in the whole way through. MCA Concrete Services, LLC handled the finish work, and they did a great job bringing it all home on the back end. And River City Ready Mix handled the concrete.

It turned into one of those mornings where everything just clicks. Clean pour, good crew, and a solid result.

And a first for me—this was the first time anyone has ever asked to see my drone license. After all the time and effort it took to get it, I’ve got to admit, it felt good to actually pull it out and use it.

Proud of the crew and the work. Looking forward to the next one.

This house was an absolute pleasure to build for a ton of reasons, but dealing with the awesome people that asked us to help them do it was the best part!
