Dog fencing and driveways!
If you’re a homeowner, your driveway is probably one of the most expensive things to replace.

There are steps to protect your driveway. Concrete is either already cracked or will crack and break down.

Caulking, sealant and managing water draining can add decades of life to your driveway. Most standard driveways cost $10K or more to replace. FYI.

It was fixable but a perfect example of negating your driveway.

-Cut 2 expansion joints to allow for movement.
-Caulked all joints.
-Repaired slab cracks from settling. Very unsightly but fixable and cheaper than replacing.
-Silane sealant that repels water, salt, contaminants and strengthens the concrete. Extends concrete life by 3-5x it’s life. Doesn’t stain or sit on top of the concrete.
