The heat on this project definitely kicked our butts but we got it done in the end. Installed a new Trex deck to make use of this odd space. After the driveway was replaced we had a few spots to repair on the paver patio and we also installed a new run of fencing.

This was a really cool project. We took a this set of doors and tuned them into a solid window wall Finished out the trim and sealed everything up. We also installed 2 custom ordered sliding glass doors to replace the old patio doors. After some touch up paint we had this project looking amazing. We will be back on this project in a few weeks to frame out a covered porch addition. Look out for the finished product pictures, they are going to be magazine worthy!

We have been so busy over the last few months we hardly have had any time to work on the new office. We did manage to squeeze in a little time to get some progress done on it. Definitely still have some touch ups to do but it’s definitely coming along!

For this client that was getting ready to list their home, we had a few projects to knock out quick to get them ready to go. We repaired some damaged Hardie siding, replaced some rotten trim, fixed the fireplace, replaced the header on the covered porch along with a few other miscellaneous repairs to get them all back together.
