Taproot Photography Chester County, PA
Hi! I'm Kate Proto-- Storytelling photographer, gardener and creative facilitator for women. Based in West Chester, PA-- Chester County, PA

As someone who craves creativity and meaning in daily life, I focus on the simple yet soul-nurturing things that bring healing and joy. Hi, I'm Kate Proto-- Storytelling photographer, gardener and creative facilitator for women. For me, these include creativity, nature, community, authenticity, and play. You’ll find these in my photography, highlighting the natural beauty and wild rhythms of childhood and womanhood. They’re also rooted in my Secret Garden sanctuary that serves as a rental space for photographers and gathering place for women’s retreats and creative classes.

Tag a friend who you would love to do this with!

Join me in the holiday greenhouse for a fresh greenery and natural material wreath making class. Enjoy a festive drink or hot tea as you create.

The garden and greenhouse will be fully decorated for the holidays and the evening session will be extra magical with twinkling lights. Explore the garden and warm up next to the gas fire pit.

The indoor holiday studio will be used in case of inclement weather. Dress in warm layers as the greenhouse temperatures can fluctuate.
