A durable upgrade built for New England weather. 🏠

For this residential roofing project in Florence, MA, we removed the existing asphalt shingles and installed a new charcoal gray, 29-gauge Fabral Grandrib 3 metal roofing system on the main house and one of the back additions.

We also added an S-5! snow retention system to help manage snow and ice buildup throughout the winter. The result is a strong, low-maintenance, long-lasting metal roof designed to protect this home for years to come.

For this Northampton, Massachusetts project, the Peak Performance Roofing team removed the aging shingles and installed CertainTeed Landmark® PRO shingles in Pewterwood. The dimensional blend of warm gray, charcoal, and subtle brown tones complements the home’s red brick and white exterior while adding depth across its broad, multi-level roofline.
