Nestled on nearly 10 acres of beautiful rolling hills, this property will soon become a forever home for a wonderful family.

Introducing our newest build in Fountain Inn!

Framing officially kicked off this week, and we’re so excited to watch this one come to life. This two-story modern farmhouse will feature a warm, welcoming layout with an open great room, kitchen and dining area, a main-level owner’s suite, dedicated office space, and plenty of room upstairs for family and guests.

For the design, we’re leaning into a light, airy feel with fresh whites layered with soft blues and greens—carrying those colors throughout both the interior and exterior. Think classic farmhouse character with a fresh, timeless finish.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a home go from plans on paper to walls going up! Follow along as we take you through the entire Fountain Inn build—from framing to the final details. 🤍💙🌿

So much progress has happened at our Liberty home since our last update!

✔️ All rough-ins complete
✔️ County inspections passed
✔️ Insulation complete
✔️ Sheetrock installed
✔️ Hardie siding complete
✔️ Metal roofing underway

Now we’re moving into exterior paint, finishing up sheetrock, and then it’s on to the trim stage. This is always an exciting point in a build—the vision really starts coming to life!

Another beautiful home complete. 🤍

We’re incredibly thankful to have had the opportunity to build this modern farmhouse and be a small part of this family’s story.

This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms + a powder room, an open floor plan with plenty of room to gather, and a huge covered rear porch with an incredible sunset view every afternoon. Upstairs, the finished bonus room adds even more living space along with plenty of storage.

But as much as we love how the home turned out, what made this project special was the homeowners. They were exceptional to work with and made the entire building process smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end.

There’s something special about handing over the keys to a home you know was built to be their final home—the place where so many memories will be made in the years ahead.

We’re grateful for their trust, grateful for the opportunity, and proud to have a small piece in their story.

We are blessed and thankful for the opportunity to announce a new 18-acre property in Liberty, South Carolina that we will be beginning in the next few weeks. We cannot wait to share the details of this build with you all. And the setting—words cannot describe how beautiful it is!

Our teams have been working hard both on site and behind the scenes, bringing together all the details that make this home so beautiful. Since our last post, so much progress has been made, and we’re excited to share this next chapter of the journey. 🏡

Completed since our last update:

• Septic installed
• Exterior columns completed
• Exterior siding finished
• Interior sheetrock completed
• Interior trim completed

Currently in the works:

• Paint
• Cabinets
• Tile

This home has been such a wonderful project to be a part of, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life. Thank you for trusting us with such a special build—we can’t wait to share more soon. 🤍
